T5 and LED mix... mostly blue LED

Is it a T5 retro or a complete fixture? I am just wondering because I am building a 120 right now and am looking for advice on the lighting.

I have a 36 in, 6 bulb t5 with a sb reef lights sbar on my 90g, hoping to run t5/led combo on the 120 too.

It's a two bulb retro in canopy. The bulbs are overdriven with a Icecap ballast and i run the LEDs very low.
