My lights are off! Having problems with my Apex

Okay I turned all for sliders to off. Then hit the slider on and they lit up. But when I try to set to auto for my auto settings the lights are off

But - if its on 'auto' - and the lights aren't on - there either has to be a problem with the programming, (i.e the lights are set to be 'off' at this time (btw - does the 'time' on your apex match the 'actual time') , there is a problem with the EB, There is a problem with the lights (seems like you have ruled out most things). Auto should mean that the light will 'go on' at time x and off at time y. UNLESS your lights also have another controller that could be 'wrong'
I know it's strange my lights don't have a ramp I have to program them on the Apex and it's always work very well I have one blue light come on then the second blue light come on like the sun is rising then the first white light comes on then the second white light and then reverse when the Sun is setting it's almost like a ramp but not really it's always worked fine and then all the sudden it started giving me problems I never mess with the switches on the Apex or touch anything

What kind of light is it?

The time on the controller says it's absolutely right.

I think he means 'in the programming part' that something must be off - whether the power went out - somehow - or something reset - I would double check the programming behind the light slider.

swipe from right side of the switch toward the left & the grey bars will slide off it & its then unlocked to be able to move it
got it I don't know what I would do without you guys. I slid the switch all the way to the left again and then tapped Auto and all of it up in the lights are fine thank you again

Do you have display unit there? Or via Apex local
Go get into "System" "clock settings" and check the "Auto set" for time is "On"

I suspect the apex lost its correct time & that's why they were off.
What time apex fusion has to say i don't know whether that can be related to or not.

Light programming on the socket say's turn on 09h00 but if the apex thinks its 06h00 it ain't gonna turn on

All is better now.! Apex is working fine my problem was with the switch locks I could move the block but I didn't know the move it all the way to the left and then hit the button and it's stupid on my part.. but I just didn't know. Thank you very much for all your help and I did check the time and it's set on auto have a great Thanksgiving evening and Merry Christmas
