I do like the dual system idea, also if we do decide to fallow threw with this i'm only doing it if i have say in whos system it goes in. No affence to any one in here but im not risking losing a frag, i also think it would be a better idea to get another frag as well like a fame thrower, it would add like 30 dollers to each person if bought at 300. And hell if some one is going to conplain about having to add 30 dollers to the 155 i would be more then happy to pay theres and get two eyes for that much, but hey this is just a idea.

Your going to take that risk and so is everybody else thats putting money. I think in the start of the thread it says how tank its going in and from there you have the choice to put in or not. Main thing is if the person has a wet band saw to frag with when the time comes. Ive lost many chalices frags by fragging them with other tools.

So do people agree on Nanofins growing the chalice out ?
I had asked him before starting the grow out because I wouldn't trust myself for it plus I have no credibility.
If there's any disagreements we need to get to it now, before the purchase and shipment.

Also if you do disagree, please give a suggestion to who you would like to grow it out.

So, after the chalice starts growing out and puts on new eyes, are you going to start down the list and ship them, or are you going to wait till it has 10 eyes and ship them all at the same time? I think it makes more sense to ship single eyes as they become available. Also, some chalices seem to grow faster when they are being fragged. My bazooka joe's growth rate jumped up a lot when i started cutting it.

If I take 4 spots, can I take a 4 eye frag rather then 4 single eyes? Since it's grows faster with 4 eyes I can sell my frags before everyone else and make $1 million dollars.

Well, does anyone know what growth rates are like on this chalice? It could be 2 years before it puts on 10 eyes if its a slow grower.

bigian- If it was shipped out by eye, then while it grew in someone elses tank we would have 2 people would fragging and sending to people on the list as well. All we can do is trust our fellow reefers on this. I would have no problem letting the next person take it rather than me. I am a patient person and wouldnt mind waiting myself.
Thats why this thread has been started so early, so we can get these problems out of the way now.
