I contacted them last night and this was their response. Like I said the vendor has been awesome to work with so I don't want to taint their online image.

"Thanks for the email and photo. Sorry to see a flatworm out of our torches, they were just dipped in iodine too. I will notify my husbandry staff to dip them all again here to ensure this doesn't get through.

AEFW will be on acros, as that's what they feed off of. Our acros and our LPS are in two different systems, so I can assure you that they are not AEFW but instead another type of planaria. Still though, it's something that should not have gone through, and I apologize about that. If you feel the torch is contaminated and you are worried about it in your tank, please toss it, and I will credit or refund you for the piece."

I bet they are freaking out more than anyone because they let whatever Planaria this is slip through the cracks.

after doing some more research it looks like there is a "EEFW" (Euphyllia Eating Flat Worm) and from the pictures that I could find it looks incredibly close to what came out of the torch. It also matches the planaria with the food source. So at this moment in time I am going to lean on the worms being EEFW and not AEFW. Which is good news for my acros... not so good of news for my Euphyllias. BTW. Thanks for the help and advice everyone.

@arman - Basically it raises your nitrates into a range more tolerable by SPS. Since my nitrates are at zero I am starving my tank (corals). Since I upped the nitrates the corals seem to be happier. If you have a bunch of fish and are feeding them then the food and their poop is feeding your corals. ere is the thread where I learned about potassium nitrate: (http://reef2reef.com/threads/question-about-spectracide-stump-remover-dosing.213281/) They have a picture of the bottle that you buy from Home Depot/Lowes along with direction from Randy Holmes on how to mix it. Since he calculated the mixing/dosing amounts I trust it.

Its Nitrate dosing. Its just a supplement to add NO3 if you have 0ppm's. Adding a fish or two is the natural way of adding Nitrate to the water column.

100%. It came out of the middle of my torch once the torch shrunk down from me stirring the CoralRX in. I saw it come out of the middle and I sucked it up with my syringe

So I was making some lunch and say some white particles on the torch. Looks like there are little round balls inside of some of the tentacles. I am guessing that thing laid eggs in it so it is coming out and going into QT. I will see if I can get some pics. I am also going to move the remainder of this topic to a euphyllia forum because I will document the eggs hatching and if flatworm exit works on them.... Why? Because science!
