Thank you so much! This information has been so helpful. I really appreciate how informative you've been an have taken time to respond to me. Since I live a good hour or more from my local fish store I'm going to have to make do with what I have. I have the Reef Frenzy, Fish Frenzy, and Fertility Frenzy and I rotate between them every day. I need to start feeding more than once a day. Right now I feed them until they look fat every morning. Would you recommend higher temperatures as well like 80 degrees fahrenheit? Again thank you so much.

different fish have different temperature needs - think deep water Catalina gobies like low 70s - so I can't advise temperature.

I'm lucky these days to work from home, so I can feed thawed food 2x daily, but if I wasn't I likely would have an autofeeder (and need to buy an autofeeder for pellets or something because when I travel to visit family back East, my family here whines my fish need care like 'dogs' but can't go to kennel...)

Rule of thumb is enough food they can eat in 5 mins. Excess food needlessly raises your nitrates and phosphates (and fuels your bristleworm cleanup crews - video):
I raise live food for my tank, which helps with diversity (and because IN my house, reduces driving for more and saves $20-$50 daily (not that I could afford to buy as many pods as I raise... instead my mandarin and ruby red dragonet sadly might starve and die, as not likely I'll win lottery))
