Figured I'd do it right this time. My first tank was a standard narrow 55 gallon with cannister filter and all components in the tank. So I figured I'd do it right. Bought a rimless 48 by 24 by 21. I needed to give the two baby tangs I had some room to swim and be happy.

What are your stocking plans?

A Zebra morey is gonna be the main attraction. Other than coral. I'm gonna build lay out a real nice cave for him to call home. I'm gonna transfer over my baby blue hippo, yellow tang, purple lobster, fire shrimp and emerald crab. As for tangs that's it I think. Don't want to over crowd. Maybe a couple other smaller fish but I haven't decided yet. Rock scape will be a little lighter than usual on the rock and have two islands. Tons of swimming room and sand bed but just enough rock for the morey and fish to feel safe.

Nice tank. It looks like the tank from deep sea aquatic.

Does the overflow box has build in glass on the inside? If it does, then it's definitely from DSA. They do quality tank.

Finished my scape tonight. 95% dead rock and 1 live rock to seed. Built a huge cave for the eel and tons of swimming room

The overflow box on the tank makes me think its a Planet Aquariums tank. I had the 105, and the overflow had 5 sides instead of 3.

Update. Finally transferred over most of the fish and corals from my last tank. Ammonia nitrite and nitrates are zero. Diatoms have been showing up the last week. Not nearly as heavy of a diatom bloom as my last tank. Phosphates are zero. Lost one fish last night right after I transferred it. :( but everything else seems happy.
