To really compete with t5 the price needs to come down. I'll need two and thats 1800. Thats a lot of bulbs.

Interesting all, I would need three to cover the twins, lamp one would be over the cube end, I love my T5 hybrid but maybe a change is due?!

Even smoking someone else' product and drinking I can't deal with the blue look but each to their own.

My thought is, if it works it works. My kessil a360s are old and the hybrid is old. I have looked at the Phillips light and they look awesome. It is just such a huge chunk to drop at once. My wife would kill me lol.

My ex wife can filter off, she spent more on cushions and other crap, I will buy one first to try it over the cube end, 26 x 26 inch footprint, I will need two side by side to cover the display properly.

I'm in the development stage (not really) of scuba masks with special filters and a blue LED frame for new reefers that get certified in scuba so they aren't disappointed that the natural reefs don't look the same as their glowing blue tank.

third time was the charm here, been together since '97, married since '03.
she wants more tanks. frag tank. predator tank. a pool for the grand kids to view the stuff up close.

When snorkeling its beautiful just not as colorful as tanks. Read an article where before tank raised coral goes back to the ocean they give natural sunlight to drop the color. Better chance of survival in the big blue

Geez, I leave you lot alone for 5 minutes!

I forgot to post this yesterday, due to the engineer goby digging the flame angel and Y scopas can get right under the central scape, the scopas is basically coming out of the goby's front door.
