honestly the best two pieces of advice i can give is take a deep breathe and dont do everything at once. Second your first change should be to slowly bump up your phos and nitrate and see what type of reaction the nem gives you were it is a smaller tank it shouldnt need to dose much, dont touch your lighting the nem isnt doing the best so dont want to shock and kill it with all these changes at once.
