Need Advice Buble Tip Anenome

I have some RBTA that are the same color as your first pic and also turned into the color of your second pic. Mine moved, changed color, got stressed and then split. In two weeks time it changed its color back to the first pic.

Not saying that is exactly what is happening to yours. But would be interesting if it did.

I also have RBTA that are rainbow varieties. The first pic has those rainbow colors too but they don’t stay that way when inflated. Whereas my true rainbow BTA do stay that way all the time.

Thank you for your advice!

I don’t think there’s a problem, unless something is off with the pic. The second pic is much more in line of what i’d Expect a rbta to look like. They do move and can go days without fully expanding. Have you changed your flow or lights?

Are your params stable?

They really don’t need much (any) extra food as long as they get good light.

Pic of my 6 yo nem and her daughter. Maybe the lights are off but seems to me your 2nd pic looks more like this
My anenome may be trying to split. Attached is the picture.

I don't think so. The posture does not appear to me that it is splitting.
If it is still looking like that since Wednesday, it would lead me to believe it is reacting to something in the tank, which could lead to a split if extreme.

Here is one of mine splitting ~4 months ago, due to temp drop from 79 to 72 for about 24hrs. Process took about 12-16hrs.
