It's definitely a parrot species, just narrowing it down to species now.

From that second picture Scarus iseri does look a strong possibility.

Yep, seeing these grabs, I'd agree with the S. iseri camp. The wide horizontal stripe and the 2 blue eye stripes seem to match the pictures in my books.

That may be the closest ive seen purely by markings.
