Need fish advice

Chromis are known for whittling themselves down to one i.e. the winner of the battle royal. ;)

Snapped a couple pictures of the remaining 2 this morning, they seem to be slowly coming out of hiding and are hiding out closer to each other.

So after a couple weeks these two are still alive, both are in hiding. I think I can rule out uremia at this point.
Any opinions on the blue sapphire damsel? I am going to be ordering the rest of the fish for the tank and am considering 3 of these to replace the chromis I lost.
The other fish I am adding are ocellaris clowns, a bicolor dottyback and six line wrasse. Currently have 1 clown, 2 bangaii cards and the 2 chromis.
Tank is 50 gallons with plenty of hiding spots in the rock.
I guess my main concern: are 3 of these damsels too much for a 50 gal?

The dottyback, the sixline, and the damsels are all territorial around the rockwork. Iwould recommend adding them last, but three should be fine. They are one of the most peaceful damsel species.

So pretty slow day at the office, been reading a lot. Decided to not get the six line and now rethinking the number of clowns. I already have 1 and would like to have 4 or 5 total. Not sure if I should rehome the one I have and get all the clowns from the same batch?

In a 50g that many clowns will be tough when they mature. In captivity, clowns tend to pair off and then not appreciate the others around. Aggression will become an issue. However, this is only my experience. Others may have a good trick to having more than two in a system that small. In my 210 7ft long tank I have only been able to house 2 pairs so far. Attempting to add the third went badly, but I will try again when I get them hosting a carpet.

Granted, these are all pairs, not a group of babies. Could be different with that.

Would I have any luck with a couple occelaris and a couple black and white occelaris? All tank raised?

Until they pair up and mature or maybe, big maybe, if they each have a host on opposite sides of tank. No guarantee they will pair as you want either. :)

Bummer, small tanks suck, wish I still had the 150 gal. Also had to get rid of the bicolor dottyback, I want shrimp. Hoping the royal gramma basslet comes back in stock soon.

Would I have any luck with a couple occelaris and a couple black and white occelaris? All tank raised?
As long as the new ones are juveniles, it is possible. Clownfish are colonial, so if there isn't space they will remain as a colony of one female, one male, and two juveniles. If there is enough space, then the two juveniles will form a second pr.
