I am going to go with ostreopsis but will defer to the dino ID expert @taricha in case he spots another species also.
Assuming it is:
a) Hook up a UV the DISPLAY pronto. 1 watt per three gallons. 300GPH flow or whatever the minimum is to cool the bulb.
b) Amazon for Loudwolf Sodium Nitrate and find solution mixing & dosing instruction by googling it. Include in search string reef2reef or reefcentral
c) Amazon for trisodium phosphate (food grade is fine, but not the TSP substitute). Search same mixing/dosing instructions.
d) run your favorite carbon (GAC) and change weekly to knock down toxins.
Bad news is dinos suck. Good news (I think) is that ostreopsis are the easiest to knock back.

what have you done ?
