Need help my corals are not coming out !!

I would lower your nitrates. And he means do you either top your tank if with tap water, or do you mix your own salt water with tap water.
I buy my water from the shop and its already mix I have a 5 gallon jug and I just refill it every week

tap water kight contsain chemicals that are harming your corals

Many factor in your case.
As above stated water chemistry might trigger your corals to close up.
Do you mix your Salt water your self or get it pre-mixed at the LFS?
Temperature might here a issue too and don't rule out a pest on your corals.
If you got a hobbyist close to you or a Local Club you might ask for a second set of eyes on your nano.
Good luck my friend and let us know the out come.

Well what is your temp?
You can lower it by ventilating your hood/canopy or use a small fan on the water surface.
A chiller is an option too but a always pricey option.

Is that maybe the reason for my corals not coming out or no

Are you using tap water straight from your faucets?? or do you have an RO/DI system?

Also, too many fish for a 6 gallon, you mentioned 2 clowns and a dotty back. How many times do you feed them a week and how much. That will affect your nitrate level. Specially not having a protein skimmer will definitely affect the whole water chemistry.

Too much BIO load, dont forget corals are BIO loads as well with your fish. There's a limit.

Hope this helps.

You mentioned live sand in the back chamber. Do you clean the sand? Eventually it can become a nitrate factory if not cleaned.

Well I use to have the bio cubes but replaced them with the sand and live rock because that's how the guy from my fish store has his set up and he hasn't had a problem but I'm going to see him tommrow and ask him about this issue

You may not get an objective answer from the guy at the fish store, you may not get the answer you need to assist you to moving in the right direction with your tank. Beware of products claiming to be the answer that he may try to persuade you do buy.

If this guy knew you had a 6 gallon tank and did not suggest that a Scooter Blenny, or 3 fish in that size tank would end in disaster than you might want look elsewhere for guidance. His motives might have been to sell you live stock and products rather then what is best for your tank and your livestock. Just my 2 cents.

The guy that sold me the scooter was another guy but I started going to some over store and that's the guy that told me to change my Filtration system and he has nice fish and healthy ones then the ones I seen before but I'm going to go have to talk to him about my problem to see what he can do to help me
