with regular water changes you will not have to add anything. They will get their energy form the light.
im not to familiar with your light but watching your coral, you will be able to tell if it is happy. i would maybe add a couple of hrs to your lighting schedule and go from there.
Get yourself some neon Green Star Polyps. Put them on an isolated rock in the sand bed because they'll spread like wildfire.

the questions are no problem at all, im glad i can help you. I would put it on top of the middle rock structure. also be careful at the fish store today. some will try and talk you into corals that you are not ready for
... Yes I knw they will lol but im ready for them. How do you knw if its a good cora or not? I knw alot about fish n if they are sick but how do i knw if a coral is good. Will it be open or will the colors be bright. Or is it something tht is obvious?Does it have to be on a rock or can i just put it on the sandbed? Idk if thts a stupid question [emoji85]
Thanks for all the help guys!! I guess ill be trying the cheapest coral tht some of u recommended so I can see how it does with my fish. Wish me luck but i do think my puffer n trigger will have fun, thts y ill go the cheaper route now lol
The only stupid question is the one you don't ask! It needs to be attached so something other than the sand bed. Use a good size piece of rock and it will cover the whole thing in short order.
it will be open, great color, you can tell if it just looks off. if your unsure you can just google it with your phone and look at some pics to compare
Try to find a local reefers club to join. Not only will you get great local help and advice but you can get incredible deals on coral. A lot of people have to trim their prolific coral like Xenia and GSP and practically give it away.
