Need Skimmer recommendations for IM20

I run the eshopps nano. I'm happy with it. It's been around awhile. Others run it as well.

9001 dc on my 25 gal nano. Skimmed well, easy to adjust, quiet. Only ran it for about 3 months. It now sits in its box with other non used equipment.
I had a sump and went with a in sump larger model once the tank was filled in.

Also recommend the Nuvo DC. Great nano skimmer.

Water changes will be just as efficient for removing DOC. I am not running a Skimmer yet.

I use a aquamax 1.5 in my IM 20 gallon peninsula. I feed my tank a lot though so I like lots of nutrient export.

Update on the icecap nano

the pump died after 10 months , replacement pup is 40$ ..

does anyone have any DIY solutions ?
