1- Take actual measurements. Stated measurements can be off.
2- What’s the issue with accommodating a sump? You definitely want a sump. Even if you have to Tetris in a sump that’s fine.

There's no reason to Buy a stand that you immediately have to modify. You throw a piece of plywood over that stand with an overhang and it's going to greatly diminish the look of the stand. I would say try to find something that fits your actual dimensions or build.

This right here. If you can't find what your looking for build one or have somebody build one for you. You are investing money into a reef tank make sure its something your going to like.
If you go diy route there's a ton of people that can help
