well from your point tell the tail don't let this fly if your going to let it go this isn't right by no means I'm glad your willing to give a second chance to another sponsor but even if I know this one please give truthful info so no one else gets caught up in the troubles.

I have bit my tongue a couple times too. Except for when I gave the vendor a chance to make it right a FEW times like Mr. Coral. After I still didn't get taken care of, I let it rip.

There are a bunch of local reefers here that had the same experiences as me with Mr. Coral but didn't/don't want to say anything after the berating I got online for it from him. The same happened on other forums. Either way, it was my experience, and I shared it. People can take it for what its worth.

There is no reason a vendor shouldn't be held to the same standards of business that a regular company is held to.

If I buy something from a sears catalog, it better come exactly like the picture or they are going to have BIG problems.

The problem with these online vendors is there is no repercussions if nobody says anything. If they are continued to be allowed to operate like this, they will continue to do the same thing to more customers, UNTIL someone says something (read - posts on a forum their experience)

Well I just checked my email. Still nothing. I am sure there will be other reefers that are mad that I post the sponser. But I have to. Like I have said I always had good orders till the last one. I have heard from a few others that they have had problems with him also. I have given him two months to make it right. I'm feed up. I don't want anything. I will just take it as a loss and go somewhere else. Sorry to do this but beware of Juicy Corals.

In this biz, customer satisfaction is HUGE! You did the right thing by allowing the vendor time to correct problem before posting publicly.

It is true you cannot please everyone, as some folks will make a purchase, be unsatisfied, and never tell you about it. I'd rather hear I made a mistake or the customer was not 100% happy, than have someone take their business elsewhere. At least I would have a chance to make things right.

In these kind of situations you end up voting with your money, and taking your business some where else.

As Brett stated, satisfaction is the key! I rarely get complaints but when I do I make sure that the issue is resolved if I am at fault. Otherwise, word spreads fast and things can turn up side down quickly.

Sorry to hear about the bad experience!

Its a shame still no answer to my email. Its right when Brett says its hard to make everyone happy. I feel when you have a repeat customer you should go the extra bit and keep them happy. I didn't demand anything crazy. Just what I ordered. Its sucks to trust someone with your money and then be burnt.

Man this sucks!! I feel ya! Hope he makes everything right for you!

Well still no word from Juicy Corals. Looks like it will be a loss on my part:sad: What else can be done? I wish I could take a pic of the purple hornets he sent me to show everyone what I mean.
