Strange. I have Nero-3 and Prime both connected on the app.

After you and @jaganshi066 identify this issue, please let me know if it works. I'm about to purchase a Nero-3 to go in the same tank as my existing AI Prime. I would be ticked off to find out after the fact that they can't be controlled together. Would you mind keeping us all informed?

So I think the confusion lies in the weird way they set it up. For each device, you must "create a new tank". For the "tank" name I just put in the device name. ie; Prime, Nero.

Basically, just do this and it will work just fine.

+ Sign (right corner)
NERO/AI Light
Create New Tank
Name It NERO
Then select the device (Nero-3)
