Currently I am in the process in getting a IM 25 Lagoon in the next week and a half or sooner. The owner is still working on the new tank parameters before letting their tank go.

Hey TRT I am back! Currently I am in the process in getting a IM 25 Lagoon in the next week and a half or sooner. The owner is still working on the new tank parameters.

I know I was working on an IM 20 version but alot has happen to me in the past year. Just a quick recap, this will probably be the hardest post for me since it will reflect somethings:

First, I wanted to change my name on here because the NFS were names of my children and dogs and sadly they are no longer in my life. The N which is Neaveh, who is my oldest daughter (stepdaughter) is no longer staying with me or her mom (she sent her off to a man she never knew before), me and her mom split (cheated). I named this build after her and currently doing everything I can to do to get her back with her sister and brother. I do have 100% custody of my two biological children from the marriage, which is a plus. Well that sums up everything.

Second, I am doing this build as a kind of in-home therapy that I think I need for myself. I have been very depress lately, especially this month since this is the month were my life changed last year, I caught my ex cheating on me and her telling our kids that she wasn't the mom. So, getting through this month has been hard and will even get harder as time moves on since it has not even been a year since many of the events happen. February will be the hardest since it is the month when I lost my oldest daughter. So hopefully this will help past the time and distract me.

I’ve had terrible experiences with the IM Ghost desktop skimmer. They’re coming out with a new improved DC version, though, so hopefully it’s better.

I heard its a toss up. I am trying for a slick build so not alot of options and I am not ready for a Tunze. Hopefully it will work out.

My MP10 arrived today. I plan to upgrade it to the QD and W in the near future. And depending on the lights and get a reeflink. Pictures when I get off work.

I normally go for Jebao but @ $110 shipped I had to give it a try.

The icecap k1 nano skimmer fits and might be something to look into.

I tried the anemone in my 20 and it was fine for a couple months, but it moved and started brushing my acros. Not a lot of room honestly.

I already sent the PP for the ghost skimmer I will give it a try and see what happens. Also my tank is the 25 lagoon so hopefully it will work.

Tank is wet. Will post when its not cloudy, might have to get a mechanical filter to clear it up...

Added filter floss to clear it up, will change before going to bed. Still need to clean up the cables.

Also kind of mad, I had my ATO and two others items suppose to be delivered today not here yet, although it stated it was delivered after 2PM my time.

First thing i did was replace that loud return pump. Its real bad pump. I switched to a Jebao dcs 2000 and this thing is silent and works great. It pushed alot of water for this tank. I had a problem with original pump fluctuating in rear chamber causing my micro ato to keep going on and off. With new pump its stable.

My ghost was a pain for first 3 weeks or so. Bubbling overflowing etc. Now i have no problems. Yes it is a bit noisy but its in my office and does not bother me much. If it was in my room or something it would drive me crazy

Be careful with the light on the shallow tank. Thats a strong light. I put hydra52 hd and had it higher like 60% fried a bunch of coral. Alot of high end stuff. Now im maxed out at 30% light about 10-12” high. Im LPS no SPS.
