New acropora bug resitant to any dip interceptor flatworm exit,

Day two update since Bayer dip, no signs of any of the bugs, except for one that looks dead. It seems to be stuck in some glue at the base of one of the frags.At least I think that is what I am seeing. The dipped frags, except for one, look very happy. The unhappy one was the worst off, half dead and infested. Maybe the Bayer dip was effective.
 
Not sure the OP is still following this thread but just wanted to suggest that if the shrimp were eating these pests and then there was a shift to night time, maybe changing the lighting schedule might be helpful? Have the lights come on during the night time and cover the tank or black out the tank during the day to drastically shift when daylight happens for the tank?
Another thing is does higher flow knock them off or slow them down?
Might seem like obvious or too simple but maybe these strategies combined with dipping and medication might have more effect.

Also, I think a good strategy would be to know exactly what kind of animal this is. Would it be possible to bring a sample of them somewhere that there is an available microscope? ID at least what they are in terms of genus so that an effective medication could be selected?

Update: After first dip on January 15th (50 ml. Bayer/16 oz. tank water for 15 minutes) the bugs returned within two weeks. I dipped again immediately. So far, 20+ days after second dip no bugs present on any of the acro frags on the rack, color is returning, polyps out and bases getting laying down on the frag plugs. I'm hoping I broke the egg hatching cycle and all will continue to be okay.
 
If you get flatworms again: put the afflicted frags in qt with no equipment (just a power head to move water and a good light source) and dose prazipro into the water the same amounts as if you were treating a fish disease

Prazipro dosage to deworm fish is 2.5mL (1/2 teaspoon) per 10 gallons. People have had mixed results using this same dosage to eliminate flatworms, but I wouldn't go any higher.

Also, you need to have a media reactor with carbon on standby to run after about an hour to remove any toxins the dying flatworms are emitting. I like to siphon out as many flatworms as possible, before dosing a chemical, to cut back on the toxins. You can accomplish this by turning off the aquarium light, but running a spot light to a focused area on the front glass. The flatworms will congregate towards this light, and you can siphon a bunch of them out using airline tubing. Then dose Prazipro or Flatworm Exit to eliminate the rest (which should be fewer.)
 
That dose should be capable of killing the worms provided you keep the QT calcium slightly above NSW

Use d coralXR as a dip and it seems to knock them out. This helps to get them off. The question is, are they only above the infected coral or they may be hanging around in the tank because these bugs move fast, not as the common flatworm.

I agree. The creatures crawling over the surface do not appear to be Amakusaplana acroporae (Acropora Eating Flat Worm).

The eggs could be however, or could equally be those of another flatworm, nudibranch or polyclad species.

I thought at first they could be Tegastes acroporanus or another Tegastes spp, however I am equally unconvinced.

When you dip, I presume they are coming off of the coral, and you are returning to the tank and seeing more on the coral?

This could be that they are pods and simply cleaning up, or it could be that the eggs (which will survive dipping) are hatching. I would dip every 3 days, using a toothbrush to remove as many of the eggs as possible.

Unfortunately you will need to make this a routine to have an impact.

Predatory wrasse such as Halichoeres or a sixline (Pseudocheilinus hexataenia) will help pick off adult survivors.
 
PZQ works by raising calcium levels inside the flatworms cell's so depending on things like calcium level and dosage it may take a few days to kill the worms
 
Ok some update i did another try with flatworm exit 40 drop in 1.5 gallon 12 hour after they were still well alive
i add 3 sixline wrasse they are doing good and fat bud no luck
i add couple alligator pipefish also doing good but no luck
i also try 4 hour praziquantel overdose still no luck
add another 100x pepermith shrimp i did not see bug after that for couple month but now they are back
i order another 100x peppermint and will see

That must be some Tank to hold that many. Please show picture
 
Out of curiosity what happened to this tank? Find a solution to kill them? These are black bugs, they are a royal pain in the butt to treat. I have them as well and just did a 4x dose of interceptor to my tank last night.
 
I wonder if a microtubule poison like panacur would kill these things?
