New anemone

I had my Condy hanging on a flow nozzle for over four months without moving, and I made the mistake of moving it, and it died a day later, they do not like to be touched.
this one in the thread is upside down and face first in the sand, not a good place for it to be. it's foot isn't planted so there's no issues with tearing it

is this the same anemone on this rock?

What kind do you have, I have seen a Condy finally find a home sideways on a return nozzle for months without moving.
Honestly I’m not 100% sure which kind it is cause it was in a tank with different ones I just picked that one cause I liked how it looked.

It's best to let it go without tearing it especially if it is a Condy, these things move around in all directions like crazy, I had many over the years, do not touch it, it will find its way on its own.

I had flipped it and put it on a rock but I’ll let it be for now. What do I do if it goes upside on the sand bed again? It looks healthy as of now, but I’m worried if it goes back on the sand upside down

It flipped over again. It moved a bit too. Does it look like it’s gonna die ?

Yes,
Should I flip it right side up?
Gently pick it up, turn off the flow in your tank, set it on a rich, and wait an hour or so. It should grab onto the rock with its foot if it is healthy. If it does not grab on or at least start to walk, I’d take it back to the store. IMO

I have 2 power heads, I turned off the lower one from yesterday. Is it ok to turn off both? I don’t want there to be 0 circulation for the fish. Also. It does walk, but only when I moved it, it keeps walking on its face back to the same spot.
