Started the metro and Kanaplex on Sunday, the rest Monday

You're in a tough spot. The antibiotics are probably suppressing her appetite, but at the same time she needs them to help overcome this infection. How many days has she gone without eating thus far?

If she doesn't resume eating soon, I would remove all meds from the QT and go with daily acriflavine baths instead. Less than ideal, but her natural immune system can't overcome an infection if she's not eating.

I could see the wound had gotten worse from the first pics I seen posted. Sorry she passed bacterial infections can progress quickly
