He answered that salinity matches. I know your are getting a lot of questions but we are not there and just trying to get a feel for your system. Having corals limits how you can treat. Since you now are reading ammonia I would do another 10% water change. Match salinity and see if they will eat
 
Could be they just didn't acclimate that well. I've noticed with some tangs they kinda just chill out near the bottom for a day. Was there a big salinity difference do you know?

No salinity was in a good range between store and home.

And those questions were greatly appreciated. The fish are active now and looks like they will be fine.

I think I took out to much O2 with the NO3 and with the ammonia spike created a bad situation.

I did a water change and reduced the ammonia and after three hours everything is reading good.

THANKS EVERYONE!!! For the quick response and suggestions. We saved some fish today!
