New fish with serious personality!

I think it'd love it! I got mine on Amazon - "real purple barnacles". They came very well packaged and no breaks considering how fragile the edges are. My blenny spends most of his day poking his face out of the different barnacles, then chillin' on the rocks, then back in the barnacles, lol. You just have to blow them out with a turkey baster about once a week or detritus can build up in them. He keeps them cleaner swishing around in them though! :) I would like a midas too, but not sure the two would get along in my size tank.
My bfs mom had some as decoration that she either purchased or pulled off the beach (lived in the florida keys). We had it displayed, but I know that some of it broke. I dont remember if I tossed it or not. So, I just texted him to see if we still have any of it. lol

Hopefully we do! I will be buying if not for sure.

Here's my blenny in his favorite one, lol. (I even used the barnacles to temporarily hold some frags that my turbo snail kept knocking over - blenny doesn't mind, haha).

No word yet... but I did get an email that my fish had been stocked on 2/13 (ordered a quarantined YWG/pistol shrimp). It says allow 30-45 days, so I'm trying to be patient. I haven't reached out yet. He says phone calls are better but from your experience I don't know about that! I guess next step is I'm supposed to receive a request for payment a few days before it is going to ship. Fingers crossed that's soon! I've heard good things about Dr. Reef, so if you don't mind a wait, I think it's worth it. I would assume if you're looking for stuff he'll need to find, but don't request full quarantine, it may be a shorter wait. Depending on how long it takes him to source the particular fish, availability, etc.
I called him yesterday. Waited on hold for a couple of minutes, but he remebered my case (I told him in Jan to wait on my tailspot/firefish due to a eunice worm and a gorilla crab). Said he'd send the two next week. I've never tried emailing him since I read he's better with phone (from 2pm-8pm CST). He runs a different business outside of those hours, so I don't think he's plugged into his email all day. Anyway, give a phone call a couple of tries!

I'll do that. I was actually kind of glad my fish isn't ready yet as a nem nuked my tank a while back and killed all my fish. :( Since then eveverything has been great though and a new fish is doing perfectly fine, so I feel better for when my goby is finally ready to ship.
