Yes they are.
They are considered softies, need moderate flow and light.
As mushrooms, zoa's and paly's are good to start with.
There are many sponsors on here that have some nice beginner packs.

Nice tanks! I would re-aquascape and have less surface area touching the sand, and avoid creating dead spots!Have a new little Kenya tree. My first little coral he is a little baby sitting in the whole of my rock.

Cool tank. Have fun with it and take it slow. LAFishguys have tons of helpful videos with new tank installations. Helped me a lot when I got started

Most important you will never forget your first coral ever.
Sometimes after 20 years in the hobby they still have a piece of it somewhere in the many tanks ppl had over the years.

That's why I'm goingslow and really haven't added much. I'd rather take my time, and take longer then rush and the tank crash!
Algae is doing better still green but it has lessened; I picked up 10 Trochus Snails . I have coralline growing over my power heads now and the wires..... I haven't been seeding it at all.
