New Naso Tang. Is this ICH?

I just received this Naso from Live Aquaria. I always QT my fish but didnt with this one. I needed to add him and my Purple Tang (from QT) together because I have an established large Powder Brown. He is swimming well and eating and behaving normally. Is this Ich?

He died last night.

We all experience loss and this cause of it. Learning from each challenge is what drives us forward and makes us better stewards to the animals we love. Not trying to bump my products but I have something called "Safety Stop" which can really help you in the future and is a great start to working with any new fish that has not already been conditioned. We are all still learning!
