Purchase my saltwater from a reputable marine fish specialist, my lights are radion Xr30’s and I’m using a preset schedule and the tank isn’t near a window! Could it just be going through a stage?

This is nothing compared to the algae you will go through. Cleaning the glass is a normal part of life.

Not so much a stage. Light feeds algae. Lowering your white intensity 8-19% will prolong the buildup
Algae magnets will do wonders as this can appear every 4-9 days depending on light intensity
