Hi everyone. My wife and I have been lurking the forums for a while now and finally decided to jump on in. We’re in the process of starting up our first salt water tank, which is around 100 gallons and sitting in our garage right now. We only have the tank, stand, and some rock at this point but will be ordering the rest very shortly, and I hope to start some plumbing this weekend. I’ll get a build thread started tomorrow with pictures and hopefully for some advice on plumbing in my sump area . My goal is to get the tank cycled and partially stocked by the end of the year before our new addition joins the family (plus we have a 4 and 2 year old) . Maybe not the best time to start a new labor intensive hobby, but I’m sure it’ll be fun and our kids are excited.
Anyways, thanks in advance for all the help. It’s been extremely helpful reading through threads so far and I’m sure being able to ask questions here will make our new adventure a little easier and more enjoyable.
