yes. But you cant use most or many meds with inverts. esp copper.

Got my aquaforest salt in today, mixing rodi right now and I have to say I'm impressed by how fast it dossolves

Ok so here's the qt up and running. I utilized some foam material for the powerhead to keep fish from being sacked to it and also to keep bacteria built up. So pretty much killing two birds with one stone. I have some pvc in to give hiding places.

Ok guys, time to update this majorly. Long story short, I got my fish in, gramma did well and unfortunately my wrasse didn't make it. It was due to ammonia poisoning. My ammonia badge didn't change colors like it should have so it was a false reading...gramma was treated with copper for 30 days as well as my lightning maroons. My gramma is now in the 55 dt and fat and sassy. Maroons are in their own 8 gallon cube tank specifically for them. My two other clowns went through brook. I nipped that in the butt instantly and both doing very well. All fish have gone through prazipro. To sum all of that up, I have a 55 dt with a royal gramma, ocelleris clown, and a Snowflake clown. I have 2 cleaner shrimp, a brittle starfish, coral, and hermits and snails. Now for the current round! I found another leopard wrasse at lfs, good 3" female. Gorgeous fish. She is in a holding tank which is the qt I set up earlier in this thread. Decided to make a 10 gallon my qt for copper. She is in there with a green mandarin. Soon she will be going through copper. Then to the dt. I can't wait to get get into her final home!

I am jealous, you have a leopard wrasse. I have an 8 line and I can not have any more wrasse. The tank looks good

This is my second run for a leopard. Ammonia badge lied and it died due to ammonia.... but that has been fixed and now for the second run. I let the tank cycle mote and added biospira. So far she is eating like a champ... pellets, flakes, frozen, live brine...eats like a hog.
