New Sump , Need Help!

Do you think I would need a temporary support during the sump replacement after I cut the center brace? And should I replace it when I'm through? If I added a vertical 2x4 support on each side, that should eliminate the need for the center support, but would cir drive my opening by 7". It'd be so much easier for maintenance not even having it there.

How about adding a display refugium n plumb it into the sump n run it off your return pump with a manifold. Plus you could put seahorses in it too bonus could up your total water volume

Brand new Trigger Sapphire 26 sump is here! Great looking sump, this thing should work perfectly! Only crappy thing is....I was checking everything out....and it seems the 2 nylon screws that hold the baffle height adjustment in place, are missing!!:mad: Going to hardware store tomorrow and see if they have any while I wait on BRS to send the replacements. Anyone know what size the screws are? Looks like a 1/4-20 thread, but who knows if they use standard or metric screws. Anyone know?
