New tank stock list, tang specific question

Here is my PT. Such an awesome fish. He’s with 4 other fish in my smaller tank now and I’ve never seen him act even a tiny bit aggressive. I of course understand that could change with another tang, and will watch closely and put him in the new tank at the same time as the new tang(s) but I feel good about it. Also including a picture of my new (used) tank. Would 3 tangs be possible or is that pushing it?

Very cool tank. Looks to be a 5 foot diameter half circle, maybe 30 inches tall?

Personally, I would just do one of the bristle tooth tangs (Ctenochaetus) and the purple tang and foxface. Then fill it out with smaller reef fishes.

Thanks for the advice, that’s where I was leaning as well. What do you think about a sargassum triggerfish?

I've kept yellow, kole and tomini tangs and love the tomini the best. great personality and model citizen.

I haven't kept one. Too expensive for me. But I have experience with their close cousin, the blue throat. Should be completely coral safe, as they are planktivores. Great fish. I usually see somewhere around a 6' 125 gallons recommended. Your tank should be fine, in my opinion. I doubt that the tangs will notice it, but I would probably add the trigger before the tangs.

Well done lol. Yes 5ft long, 30” tall

Ok after seeing the tank, I would advise against an Achilles. I have an Achilles in a 300g. They are not that hard to keep. Just gotta make sure you quarantine them and that your display doesn't have ich. I'm against ich management. I prefer an ich-free tank.
