I posted before in this forum, but I actually live just outside brentwood now and actually live in the area of the forum. I'm planning on coming to the next meeting and hope to meet some of yall.

due to a crash from moving, I'm redoing my whole tank. I'm even buying a new stand, sump, skimmer, and pump to power everything. I've been using led's for over a year and have kept sps, lps, and all types of soft corals as well. I tend to lean towards sps and lps corals, but I have a deep love for zoanthids as well leaving me always having a rock in every tank that is just zoas. I have a tank thread, but it's pointless now since I'm redoing it and almost everything from that tank is dead now. I don't want to go into too much detail on why my tank crashed, but all my fish and rock were stuck in a truck for 4 days because of a moving issue.

Man! that is awful to hear, but it sounds like you have a great plan to execute. What equipment are you planning to go with? or are you still researching?

I'm going with a trigger systems sump, wood stand by glass cages, and I'm picking a skimmer out, but I'm about certain it will be a vertex.

I've been following them for a while now myself, but I have seen them both in person and just personally preferred Trigger Systems. I ended up going with a Ruby 36 elite by Trigger systems and I'm looking forward to it coming in this week. I need to go pick up my stand now and stain it. If I can find help moving my tank this week I'll be finished getting the main pieces in place by friday.

There are several in my build thread but I'll snap some of it specifically tonight when I get home and post here.
