New to the form!

i'd say let the tank ride for at least another couple weeks before adding any live stock.

Sounds good to me, I'm sure you noticed the coral on the bottom left. Do you think this will be a problem to my setup? The place I bought the live rock from gave me the rock with coral on it for free so I added it to tank when I started.

I am using molecule water from the university it's a research tank.

Cant really tell from the picture.. what type of coral is that.. a Zoo or a pally?

It's basically the next best thing to RODI when it comes to purifying water.

I'm not exactly sure what type of coral it is I'm assuming it's a zoanthid.

How do you propose on me getting rid of the Cyanobacteria?
There are several products on the market that help with cyano, I use ChemiClean. Do you has=ve a protein skimmer? You need something to export the bacteria from your tank, whether a protein skimmer or frequent water changes while your treating your tank. Keep you surface moving or add a air stone while treating to keep the oxygen levels up.

I do have a protein skimmer "eshopps hang on protein skimmer psk-75h" however It wont mount properly to the nano cube so I chose not to use it.

So I've let my tank sit for another 2 weeks and parameters are stable and I'm thinking I might be ready for some fish. I've added two turbo snails and 5 hermits to help clean things up a little. Can anyone help lead me in the right direction on some out of the ordinary fish I could add to my tank?

I love my Kamohara Blenny. It is my avatar pic. They stay relatively small at around 4 inches. He is also super active and comes up to me or my wife whenever we walk up to the tank.
