Newbie IM 40 AI prime hd

Wassup guys thanks for letting me join. I just got my first soon to be reef tank 40g Nuvo along with prime hd. I’m currently in the new cycle stage so nothing in the tank except some figi link substrate and live rock. I just dropped piece a shrimp to crank start the beneficial baceria, a knowledge guy at LFS gave me this advice. I’m currently trying to figure out how to work the Prime hd, I just read a good thread and about to read more. Any help with this is appreciated.

As far as the prime hd, the most popular setting seems to be the ecolab ab+ schedule.

depended on the corals you're going to keep you may need to tweak this or simply lower the intensities.
