I run my AI Prime HD at full blast on the blue spectrum and way reduced on the reds and greens. I ramp up in the morning and hold 14k for a few hours and then ramp down ending at 20k in the evenings. Great light. My corals have responded well to it. And I have found that it is just the right amount of light without being too much light.
