Newbie Reefer, just got my first tank

I dont intend on getting every single fish on there, those are just ones im looking at. i have a aquatop recife eco 40 which came with all the filtration, not sure if its actually good or not tbh but heres what it has: a filter sponge, multi stage filter box which is recife eco carbon infused media cubes, recife eco phosphate and nitrate removing media cubes, and premium quartz rings. There is also a "custom nano protein skimmer". It has the back 2or3 inches walled off with all the gear there. Also a 475GPH return pump.

Ah ok it’s an AIO tank which is fine. Just means you are more restricted in what you can actually use for filtration but it shouldn’t be an issue. I would pick you top 5 maybe out of that list and slowly add them and see how your nutrient levels are. In theory you can keep as many fish as there is comfortably room for in there but I think you will hit bio load limits before you hit that. Hopefully the skimmer works well I’ve heard very mixed reviews on nano skimmers but if it does that’s a big benefit.
