OK I'm from cutnshoot Texas yes it's a real place I feel I might be the only person out here who's into saltwater, closes fish shop is in houston maybe an hour and 15 minutes away

I feel your pain there, the closest LFS to me that sells SW anything is a 2hr minimum drive. Welcome to R2R!

I had a 29 gallon acrylic reef jammed packed with sum awesome colony s and unfortunately I had a 7 year old heater from a guy and it boiled my water to like 100 degrees and I didn't notice it until it was to late. It wiped everything out but sum Duncan's sum Faiva and a huge chunk of gonistrea coral and my fish survived but shrimp didn't make it so I threw what survived in my 75 gallon fish only, well nitrates were crazy high I never checked them n my fish only so I thought quick solution, I'll get this redsea stuff nopox and dose it until nitrates are gone well lesson learned dose to much it kills the algae in the corals also so. Within a 2 months time I made 2 huge mistake unfortunately I lost everything but my Duncan colony that was about 7 months after losing 600 700 dollors worth of stuff I said no more coral but within tha last month I've bought sum things so I'll post what I have
