Tbh he inspired me yes but the wife loves nems and wants her own tank so the 90g was perfect we were looking at quite a few and was so close to grabbing a 60breeder but i thought heck with it keep the 90g and let here run with it. Going to be asking a lot of questions to lost thats for sure.... have a sump for the 90 and return just needs plumbing....210g and 120g were running sytems but with all the equipment we got from the 8ftr setting those two up will basically be plumbing which needs just a couple sleeves and some new bulkheads on the 210 and gate valve on the 120g and they are rolling

Is the 90 a 3 footer or 4 footer?

Two possibly plumbed together but the nem tank own sump. I was thinking about plumbing seperate but might be easier to keep em together....

You might want to talk to the nem guys and see what they think.

I'm really wanting to make a dedicated rfa tank. It could be a lazy setup, right?

I figured own just in case i get a bad egg or something goes south it will at least not effect the other tanks and vice versa....

Sounds like a plan lol but hey you still gotta get @F i s h y scape certified and can cause your close i get the chance to stack stuff and see if it will fall....lol i feel so far away from everyone it blows. Got a new scraper and idk if i should go with citric acid to clean or vinegar....thoughts everyone?

So should i soak papertowels in it and stick it to the trouble spots over night? Going to run a garden hose while scraping tomorrow to reduce scratching but might help loosen up the uglies....also bulkheads come in tomorrow and grabbing all the plumbing needs....going tbh though might just grab another stock tank to get it all plumbed in and keep the rock rolling

I usually just spray vinegar on trouble spots and let it soak for a couple of minutes. If that doesn't work, longer should.

wet paper towels w vinegar on hard spots ,pasted, then a towel soaked in vin also draped and pasted to tank ,n repeat as you move along...

@fishguy242 will be happy I finally chimed in somewhere after going dark for the last couple of weeks…work and house shopping is sucking wind right now… 14 hr day today, 12 yesterday (and I only get paid for 8), hitting the tequila hard about now … vinegar and citric will both work(ish) on the hard water spots, you’ll have to mix the citric stronger than normal, double(?)… for some spots you may need to polish it by wet sanding, similar to what you’d do on acrylic, just make sure you keep the glass wet and cool…no @F i s h y and @rmorris_14 ,that is not your cue!!
