1 hr spent on it and omg this is working....family bbq burned up the day but finally able to get after it and its looking completely diff.

Tested the frag tank tonight doing pretty good

Things are looking pretty good and i cant really complain now back to work on the 210g....smh i think im gonna have a buddy come over and take it off the stand for this my back is well its shot......i see people sit in there tanks all the time but two ton timmy over here feels like he will break it meaning i feel like i will break it lol hahaha idk thoughts? Would make it way easier for even pressure when buffing to sit in it til

Some more progress on the 210 today only worked on it for an hr but wow what a diff switched to cerium oxide with a wool pad cause the steel wool 0000 was completely time consuming. The cerium did more in that hour then the steel wool had done all week.

Nice. I'm still so surprised that the steel wool was polishing and not scratching. Very impressed!

My first fish tank after years of no tanks was a used bow front that was hazy like that too, not nearly as bad as yours, you couldn't tell when wet, but I got rid of it eventually because of the haze. Now I know something will actually work on it.

Wait I know I am late on this but Tidal Gardens just did a video on how sometimes glass is hated from the way the tank is built. Tin side out vs in.....
Maybe this is what your dealing with?

100% unfortunately but cerium is polishing the iron off. It is literally only on the side glass front and rear are 100% perfect came off with razor blade and no issues.... glad its only the sides cause tbh i would not be doing this if it was on the front and rear lol
 
Hey brotha hope all is well I see the tank is coming along! Haven’t been in a great, I guess “state of mind”(?) is I think how I can put it? Backed up on notifics lol. How’s the Mel?
 
He is awesome and now puts my kole in check lol its fun watching the 2 of them cause when the kole get out of line or tries to start s*** the wrasse comes in to save the day lol. And my abundance of amphipods has been checked still growing and showing but not covering everything....

Well finally finished with the beast 210g clean up.....this once getting the way it works down was a breeze between the thumb and everything still a pretty simple process and cerium oxide for the win fully understanding how it works is what makes it go by faster then some have done and ill be honest it was trial and error through a lot of it but the turn out was well worth it
