For what it is worth I had a line pop off the manifold and caused a little flood in the tray after one test. What happened in my case is that I have a Brightwell block, the ones that are similar to the Marine pure - anyway it is starting to fall apart and it is in a high flow area in my sump. The particles clogged my sample line and one test the pressure pop'd off one of the lines. I had issues as you getting a hand in there but ended up using a pair of tweezers and was able to get it back on. Support walked me through that one and it was an easy fix.
Also glad I was able to see the insides. My guess is this is an area we will be inspecting during our 18 - 24 month maintenance window. That is why I was suggesting sending a note. May be something we look for down the road.
