are you missing one of the hex stand off spacer screws?

pretty sure you can get them cheap at HD or Lowes if you need it right away. I think amazon even sells them.

i think they are M3 6mm threaded but not positive. Zach may be able to confirm that though.

Think @scott o was talking about hanging the lights, not extending them from the flex arm. Is that right?

The hex stand-offs work like a charm, though, for extending the length of the flex arm.

I purchased the hanging kits, I just needed the screw that attaches to the light body and then to the cable.

How about tech support for lights that are behaving funny? One of my 5 K7 minis has decided that blue doesn't need to turn on anymore. White and Violet go up and down as I make adjustments, but blue is now permanently off, no matter what percent I put it at. Who's the point of contact for this type of problem?

I think we need a us tech support and have suggested this as well. Unfortunately right now I believe fb is the only place. I'm sorry for that. I will try to educate myself better on the tech side as well. Let me see how I can make this happen easier
