So I'm gonna try to cancel my order today after work. I haven't received anything other than the initial order confirmation. The few times I've reached out looking for an update, I got a "we'll look into that" type of response and then nothing. Sort of bummed; was hoping to try these lights. Guess I'll have to stick with brands that can deliver. I'm not knocking the lights btw, I ordered them for a reason, but customer service is a huge black hole. What would happen if I needed a replacement? Wait in the dark for...ever? The lack of update/response is what really gets me. Oh well
Has anyone that ordered since 4/30 received these lights, gotten a response or even an order update/status?
