Noopsyches - Timer Error? Losing my mind!

There’s definitely a huge problem with the fact that any preset that has even been unedited will still give a HLPS TIMER ERROR. Used an exact schedule of a friend with same lights and still produced the error code.

I have ran these lights 2 of them 1ft and 1piece 15 ft from controller. Sadly, this might be an actual issue with the equipment.

@Gtinnel you're running V3 or Pro IIs? @BroccoliFarmer @Goaway ? The Pro IIs, do they have Master/Slave mode?

Im lucky. I have the V3s and they have worked flawlessly since I received them.

Sorry for the late reply. No, not really. I will likely ditch them and buy new ones. Some weeks they seem fine then others I go downstairs and lights are wonky. Very frustrating. I am afraid to over-tinker and destroy corals from abrupt changes. Very disappointed and never received services from Noopsyche themselves.
