Not shipping my fish

I wasn't going to release it, even I know better than that and I'm new to saltwater. That's a big problem with people in freshwater who release their fish. Anyways the ocean is only an hour away and coincidently I'm going there tonight. Anyways I'm going to my lfs

She want me to release them into the ocean"Ahh Oh no, is he still in the bag the auriga? You can ship him back I can provide a label or if you have the ocean nearby? I can send you a reef safe B/F replacement Monday"
Just when I think it can’t get any crazier

I looked up fish stores in nj and the only one I can find somewhat close is Absolutely Fish. I’ve bought from them on eBay, coral came healthy. Website looked good. That would be my suggestion if you don’t know where to take it

I'm taking it to sea level aquariums.

This is officially one of my favorite threads
Not for me, I don't want these things to die and I don't want them. You should try to get this lady to sell you something though and just mess with her tell her you have a 10g tank and want a jem tang or something.

lol, I can’t even.

Is she going to pay shipping on the replacement? Lol

I hope that in a few days/weeks we don’t get a help my fish have velvet/ich, etc.

I want you to succeed, I am glad you bought aged live rock and not dry for these fish!

What are two other reef safe b/f

Even some copperbands eat coral…

Roaps are pretty safe but very expensive and hard to find.

Otherwise pyramid butterflies.

There isn’t many tbh… even the mostly safe ones sometimes eat coral
