Toadstool,
ChiCity isn't being a tool, he is giving you GOOD ADVICE. These things will take over your whole tank. Whatever rock they are on, keep it in the sand and DO NOT let that rock abutt against any other rocks. In my old 75, I spent years trying to destroy nuclear green palys with an aiptasia zapper.
Did you turn your head away from your tank for three months ?!

250 par- heavy blues. They color up nice.
Iave a great frags from same colony in my softy tank with low light and mostly white light. Colors fad a lot under white light, but get greener under blues.

they don’t seem to mind mid- high flow in my tank.

they grow like crazy- best kept in its own rock. High paly toxins- so use proper protection.

In the sump sealed in an acrylic box.
Better yet, in the trash.
Not being mean but these things are invasive af
You said they are invasive and they are not. Nuclear greens aren't the same as the invasive protopalys
