It's a great skimmer only downside is once the pump is slightly dirty, like 5 days after you clean it, if you shut it off you have to prime the air intake tube. Ecotech has sent me 2 pumps thinking it was a pump issue, but same result.

They are actually sending me a 3rd pump in my case. I talked to the guy about it being an issue with alot of people & is Nyos doing anything about it. He said Nyos is aware of the issue.

Ok so now I’m sick of this skimmer. There is stuff to skim out, these bubbles never rise and I’m always having to clean the entire skimmer. I’ve primed it, turned it everyday, prayed over it. Reefing isn’t this hard. Good deal for anyone in my area to pick up

Almost looking like your not getting enough water flow. Last time mine looked like that I had a snail blocking intake.
