Mine is also rock hard. I scrape it and it still mixes great - quick and clear. No issues IMEI didn't notice any.. should I not use it? I was able to scrape it to get it pretty powdery, though there are some clumps.

Yeah I mean it’s a bucketMy bucket of NYOS salt has no gasket. The salt is in a plastic bag in the bucket. Definitely nothing special about the bucket IMO

Same hereJust an FYI, NYOS sent me an email on 08/14 inquiring about the solidified salt issue. I answered about five questions including the batch number, storage environment, etc. Have not heard anything from them since. I did not make a formal complaint or anything, just posted my experience here on this thread. I kind of thought that they might at least thank me for providing the detailed information, but nope.
