So i venmo her.

But ashley aka @Bransreeftv said she has 2 identical ones

I was told her name was ashley.

@Ahbaloch i think I sent payment first if you only sent it when you commented, I believe I sent it 2-3 hours before that. Either way this whole thing is getting way to sketchy for comfort level. I never heard that the seller had two or that you had also paid for one. And with the pics being posted on a eBay listing is another red flag. I’ve asked for more pics of them to prove that she has the mushroom and am currently waiting on a reply.

As long as you two didn’t send it as “friends and family” you should be taken care of by PayPal/Venmo.

If you get the police involved...they could subpoena the IP address of the user from the forum staff (considering the forum technology of this one) and find/charge the real person behind the forum account.

People think there's a lot of anonymity...but that's only partly true in cases like this.

This would be a backup in case your Venmo/PayPal dispute doesn't work out.

I believe you can go through your bank and report as fraud. Thats what ive seen people do.

You have to notify PayPal/ Venmo to dispute and they will give you a disputed claim number and you need to inform your bank and the bank will do the rest from there, this is only if you sent the payment as a gift to family or friends. Members here do not realize the payment should always be for services or payment for goods, this; I believe is also a R2R policy.

I also just looked on youtube and I believe he took his channel down as I cannot find it on there anymore and it was there yesterday.

After some googling you can still find the images he used in his videos including his face on google images all you have to do is google bransreeftv, I also found he had an Instagram @Bransreeftv but has deleted it.
