So i got my dream tank. Water box X110.4. 89 gallon rimless. Tank is 4 feet long, 20” deep and 22” tall. My question is this. I have 3 kessil A360x led lights. Should I just use 2 for this tank, or would 3 be ideal? Any experience or advise would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill

This is how it looks with 2. Spread roughly 16” apart.

I’ll throw the 3rd one on and send a pic. I thought it would be too much.

Yes you want more coverage and less shadowing. You can see the triangles coming down from your lights some what in the picture and you can see where you need to fill in the gaps.

I have 2 on my 90g and would rather have 1 or 2 more, or t5 hybrid.

Yeah won’t go t5 as I already have the kessils. Looking to grow sps. I’ll throw the 3rd one on tomorrow and add a pic

Agree on morelight set lower. I put a Kessil 500x on a 34g. I’m covered no matter what I go with in the tank.

utilize three for complete coverage and reduction of shading and lighting angle

I already have the 3 kessil. Not looking to spend more money.
