Interesting question, I have been asked that quite a bit lately - I never really thought about the PE being unusual. I don't think I have any big secret or husbandry tricks that are out of the ordinary. Personally I've always thought it was more the genetics of the corals than anything else but who knows?

just had a read through this thread, you have an amazing system mate.
was wondering if you were running an ULNS or not and if so how do you get your colors so electric? my sps while in color seem washed out

Thank you for the compliment. I don't run ULNS - I use Fuana Marin Balling solutions in my dosing and add FM Color Elements weekly.
That said I am old school and run MH & T5
